I'm subletting a large primary bedroom with a private bathroom and balcony in K-Town / Larchmont Village

Roommate has a (literally the chillest) dog.

Part of a three bed 2.5 bath with an big kitchen and living room. Room would be with two roommates are LOVELY and incredible performers. Both are writers and avid gamers.

This is a last minute listing so please note the room is not sublet ready as I am in NY (aka sheets would beed to be run through the wash and you would need to make room in the closet)

I am doing some personal traveling and am looking to return at the beginning of August but could push out as late at Sept 1.

The apt has lots of natural light, central AC and cozy vibes.

The neighborhood is just a short walk to Larchmont Village and all the K-Town has to offer!
