We’re opening up our home this summer while we’re away and are looking for a lovely family or small group of friends to enjoy it. The house is in the Culver City/Mar Vista area, just west of the 405, in a walkable, quiet, tree-lined neighborhood with some great local gems nearby.

The house is a single story 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with everything you need to settle in comfortably:

* Primary bedroom with a king bed and in-wall A/C
* Kids' bedroom with a single bed and a cot
* Guest room/office with a queen bed and an electric stand-up desk
* Two full bathrooms, including a Jack & Jill setup between the primary and kids' room
* Washer and dryer
* Keyless entry and Sonos speakers throughout


The kitchen is fully stocked. We love to cook, so you’ll find a Viking range, Vitamix blender, all the tools, and a well-organized spice drawer.

Out back, there’s a peaceful, green backyard with a trampoline, a swing, and fruit trees (orange, lemon, and peach). It’s incredibly private and has a relaxing, hidden-away feel.

We’re just a short walk from some of our neighborhood favorites:

* Samosa House (2 mins)
* 310 Coffee (5 mins)
* Lodge Bread (8 mins)
* Mar Vista Farmers Market (20-min Sunday stroll)

💵 $2,000/week or $6,000 for the full 24 night stay (June 21–July 15)

🔒 $1,000 refundable deposit for the house

📆 1-week minimum stay. Preference given to full-stay bookings

Optional: Use of our family car, 2022 Kia Sorrento, during your stay for $200/week, with a $1,000 refundable car deposit

About This Lister

I own this property along with my husband and live here with our two young children (ages 16 months and 5 years). We recently renovated part of the house and take great pride in keeping it clean, cozy, and well cared for. We love to cook, spend time in the sunshine, and enjoy our backyard as much as possible, it’s truly our happy place.
