You’d have the primary bedroom including private bathroom, walk in closet, and private balcony. You will have the option to have the bedroom either partially furnished or unfurnished, with the rest of the apartment is completely furnished.
Apartment has central A/C & heat, dishwasher, fireplace, large balcony by the kitchen, laundry in the building, parking space in attached gated garage.
Building has an outdoor pool, fitness center, elevator, and is secure with an on-site manager during the day.
If you’re new to LA, this is one of the most charming neighborhoods in the city with great shops, restaurants, park, and beautiful flower-filled streets to walk around on. The Farmer’s Market on Wednesdays and Sundays is amazing. Centrally located - 10 minutes to Hollywood, Koreatown, and Silverlake.
I’m a female (she/her), 40s, professional media composer, and work from home remotely. I'm usually home working during the weekdays, aside from taking meetings outside the home. I'm active in my community and attend events a few times a week. I don't party or have company over often and like keeping the place clean and organized, so it's a peaceful and relaxing space. I enjoy cooking, watching movies, hiking, yoga, going to concerts, and traveling every few months.

Ideal for someone in their 30s-40s, who works outside the home - considerate, clean, responsible, with respectful energy. Looking for a great personality fit more than just a tenant. Your application would go through the building manager, must have good credit and proof of income. Please no smoking, drugs, or pets. Prefer female, non-binary, or queer male. LGBTQ+ friendly.
Monthly cost: $1,761 per month (monthly average including utilities)
Upfront fee: $1,761 + $300 security deposit = $2,061
Utilities include electricity, high speed wifi, and monthly cleaning service.
