The apartment is an absolute gem, and the neighborhood is my favorite in NYC.

Neighborhood:

Steps away from quintessential East Village and LES restaurants, bars, theaters and art galleries. Walking distance to grocery stores (Whole Foods, Trader Joes), coffee shops (shout out to Book Club downstairs), boutique stores, art galleries, and Tompkins Square Park (4 min walk).

Apartment:

A charming East Village style home. It's very quiet (no street noise and quiet neighbors), has in-unit washer/dryer, a private roof terrace with outdoor furniture, 20 foot ceilings with massive sky lights. It faces a back courtyard which is shared with a bookstore. Fully furnished: Comfy West Elm couch, bed with a quality duvet and memory foam topper, smart TV, smart lighting/speakers. I don't WFH but I have a big folding desk you can use. At least one full closet will be available. Fully stocked kitchen (+dishwasher, air fryer, etc). The unit is the top floor (up four flights of stairs), in a building with 16 one-bedroom units with respectful neighbors. A few upgrades since these recent photos include a full-length mirror, more plants, and a screen over the balcony door to allow fresh air flow.
