This room has window and ample closet space.
$850 + monthly utilities (approximately $65)

4-minute walk to the M train on Fresh Pond Road. 25 minutes to Manhattan once on the train.

Looking for a clean and responsible person (preferably woman) who is working &/or studying to live in this apartment.

Regular chores are shared in the apt in order to keep it pleasant and clean.
