About This Lister

I have owned the property for 11 years. When I bought it, it had recently been gut renovated. Over the years, I have continued to improve the property - new arched wooden front doors were added, the brownstone facade was completely resurfaced, all exterior metal work was restored, a bluestone front yard was installed, the roof was redone, a new custom ipe wood garbage box enclosure was built onsite, a mobile phone-based intercom system was installed, security cameras were added, and other improvements were made throughout.

I don't live on premises, but manage the property along with a handyman/super that I have worked with for over a decade. All resident issues come directly to me, and are generally responded to immediately.

The building and apartment are in excellent condition. I care a great deal about the property, and the wellbeing of all tenants, and strive to run a top-notch building.

Showings to potential tenants are generally handled by me.
