We are listing our art-filled, prime Greenpoint apartment whilst traveling for work in the arts.

Our 4th floor apartment (elevator building) is our little oasis away from the chaos of NYC :)

We are looking for tranquil guests, comfortable with tending to the plants and the vibe of the apartment.

- Private balcony with gas grill and fountain

- Full bathroom with large bath and exhaust fan, now with large plants.

- Plants abound

- Coffee grinder and Chemex coffee maker

- Fast internet

- Laundry in building

We are a music producer and actress, leaving for a few months of work. This is truly a dream apartment and we are looking for a quiet, respectful individual or couple. No parties, no guests.

We may stay away longer, so there is potential to extend —
