Super comfy chenille loveseat couch
Kitchen basics
1 closet that will be mostly empty if not entirely empty
Brand new, very nice, firm innerspring Queen and basic bed.
Curtains and air conditioner are incoming before I leave
A big rh armoire is coming in too, there will be space for you in it.

Towels and fresh linens for you.

Oh it is a 3 flight walk up, not accessible. Also a small step up into the bathroom (its a good one, fantastic shower, not cramped).

There's a laundromat around the corner, Asian grocers, plus a target above trader joe's < 10 minute walk. Next door is a cute dollar store and a Malaysian bakery. Tons of amazing food options, shopping, parks, bars, and street parties (not on this street though, its super quiet). All of downtown NYC is extremely walkable.
