I'm looking to rent out my guest room in my spacious Santa Monica townhouse for July and August.

The room comes furnished with a queen sized bed, nightstands, and dresser along with a good size closet. You have your own private bathroom in the hallway with a tub.

The townhouse itself is a 3bedroom, 2.5 bath apartment. The downstairs is very spacious with a kitchen, dining, living room, and half-bath.

All bedrooms are upstairs.

I live in the primary with my own bathroom and I use the 3rd bedroom as my office. I work from home 2 - 3days a week.

There is 1 parking space available.

Laundry is coin-operated in the basement.

Sadly, no pets.

Location is terrific and extremely walkable, only 7 blocks from the promenade! Tons of coffee shops, bars, and restaurants are near by. I practically never drive my car on the weekends.
