Hi! We have a private room in a 4-bed/1-bath loft in Boyle Heights, available starting July 16.

Rent:
$1,050 per month for a one-year lease. Shorter terms are available at slightly higher rates (details below). Utilities are included, except for internet and electricity, which are split evenly among housemates. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required before move-in.

Room Details:
The room features a skylight that brings in natural light and includes a custom-made wardrobe, a queen-size mattress, and a desk.

Shared Spaces:
The common areas are fully furnished and equipped for cooking, entertainment, and relaxation. The loft has high ceilings, central AC/heating, and an in-unit washer/dryer.

Location:
Our building is located on the southeastern edge of Boyle Heights, where residential meets industrial, just a six-minute drive from Downtown Arts District. While there’s no parking available in the building, street parking is fairly easy to find, with plenty of unmetered spaces in the neighborhood.

Ideal Housemate:

We are three creative professionals: two women (late twenties and early thirties) and one man (early forties), working in the fields of fashion and architecture.

We value a clean, well-organized home. While we occasionally host dinners or small gatherings, we generally prefer a calm, serene living environment. We're social when it feels natural, but we also respect each other's space and downtime.
