Currently looking for a roommate to fill 1 spot of a 3BR Greenpoint apartment. The apartment is a new development (built in 2020), and the other roommate and I are the first tenants. Your room will have its own ensuite bathroom, and the apartment boasts just about any walk-up amenity you could think of: mini-split AC/heat, in-unit washer/dryer, a dishwasher, balconies (one for each room!), and a rooftop. The communal area is already fully furnished.

The apartment is set in between two lovely parks, McCarren and McGolrick, and the apartment is a short walk to the G train and a medium walk to the L train.
