Full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and typical appliances. Groceries and restaurants nearby. Rental period may be flexible.
Rent includes all utitlites except in the months where a/c is required. A $50 a/c fee will be charged in June, July, August and September (possibly October if it's really hot!). Total for those months will be $1,750.00
