Our sunny, ground floor, studio has floor to ceiling glass doors opening on to an amazing private jungle garden. It's just a short walk to the BART train and only one stop from the downtowns of both San Francisco and Oakland. It has heated concrete floors and is fully furnished. The bathroom has a great walk in shower and the simple galley style kitchen has a small dining table. There is good wifi for working from home. The garden is luxurious and has plenty of outdoor furniture, a large outdoor dining table (also a great place to work), a gas bbq and a fire pit.

We are artists and teachers that live half the year in Australia. We own the house/apartment and have lived here for 22 years. We are very friendly and accommodating to renters.

We have a lovely young couple with a quiet dog living on the premises.
