About the Neighborhood:
Located right at the border of the Lower East Side and Chinatown, walking distance from SOHO, East Village and FiDi. Just a few minute walk from the F,B,D trains and about 10 min walk to A,C,E,M lines. Also just a 2 minute walk from Dimes Square!! Many great bars, restaurants and coffee shops such as Kiki’s, Dimes and Michaeli - just to name a few! If you’re from out of town and not familiar with this neighborhood, I’m a female in my 30’s and this is a neighborhood with lots of nightlife and a large creatives scene (artists, musicians, fashion kids).
About the Space:
Brightly lit studio apartment with lots of light and open storage space. It will be fully furnished (see pictures) and I will provide bedding, sheets and towels as well. The kitchen is fully stocked, though I highly recommend exploring the neighborhood as there are so many great coffeeshops and Chinese bakeries around :) Laundromat is just half a block away and they offer free pick up and drop off.

Ideal Subletters:
I’m looking for someone to sublet starting May 1st. Long-term preferred but open to short term as well. I’m very clean and I would like someone who is also clean and will respect the space and the furniture within it. No partying inside the apartment please, you can have a few friends over but no loud music /parties as the entire building and my neighbors are really considerate of each other and I want to be respectful. Otherwise everyone is welcome :)
Utilities will be a flat rate of $150 (including gas, AC, electricity, water and wifi).
