We’re hiring a Program & Event Coordinator to support our growing lineup of experiences: summer camps, team-building events, excursions, and community workshops. You’ll help shape our programming, run logistics, and support operations from our Brooklyn HQ. This role is for someone who’s organized, proactive, and passionate about outdoor education and alternative ways of learning.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate scheduling for classes, instructors, and private events
- Assist in developing and executing summer programs and camps
- Help curate and execute engaging, hands-on experiences that build real skills
- Manage logistics and communication with clients, schools, and partners
- Support event setup, check-in, and breakdown when needed
- Onboard and train support staff or instructors
- Collaborate with the founder on new programs and community initiatives
