The Apartment:

Our sunny top-floor apartment (no noisy upstairs neighbors!) has 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms in a charming brick townhouse. There’s a large kitchen, cozy living room, and we’re just minutes from the Brooklyn Museum, Botanic Garden, Public Library, and Prospect Park! Nearby trains include the 2/3/4 at Eastern Parkway and B/Q at 7th Avenue. We’re also close to great food and bars on Vanderbilt, Washington, and Franklin Avenues. Washer and dryer in the building through the backyard.

The Room:

-Large enough for a king-sized bed, dressers, and a desk
-Built-in bookshelf and a big closet
-Two large, sunny windows overlooking the backyard garden
-Quiet, peaceful spot at the back of the house
-Hardwood floors, ceiling fan, A/C unit
-Some furniture (bed, dresser, desk) may be available for purchase from the current roommate

Rent & Utilities:

-$1,380/month
-Utilities are about $50/month for internet and ConEd plus a common household purchase every 3 months or so.
