The apartment is 1600 sq feet with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two offices, and a generous living room/dining area. The backyard has a terrace looking out on sunny garden w/hammock, lounge chairs, and a BBQ. The first floor has the main bedroom, an office, living/dining area, entryway and a bathroom. The bottom floor is a partial basement (with windows) and has the second bedroom/office, a second bathroom, rec room with projector, and washer/dryer. The apartment is located in the heart of artsy diverse villagey Ridgewood, an old-school NYC neighborhood with the best of Brooklyn and Queens—discos, restaurants, markets— and easy public transit to Manhattan.
