I'm looking to sublet a bedroom in my 2 bedroom apt starting in June (for 1-3 months, at least). Don't hesitate to let me know what your ideal situation would be. *No pets, sorry!*

Me: I'm a queer 36 year old mid-Westerner who is big on dancing, hiking, yoga, leftist politics, reading, and spending time with friends. I deeply value direct communication, cleanliness, respect, and kindness in co-living arrangements. I have a set of house agreements I’ll send you so you can get a sense of if our styles align.

Apartment: located an 18 minute walk east of Prospect Park, remodeled, sunny, quiet, less than a block from laundromat (please note: there is no washer/dryer in this apt. building).

Please reach out with any questions and a small blurb about yourself including your work schedule (in/out of the apt), how you spend your free time, your politics, your cleaning/communication styles, and why you're looking for a sublet. Please include some form of social media (IG, website, LinkedIn, etc.). A small security deposit will be requested and returned at the end of the sublet.
