Upstairs neighbors are quiet, next door is a pre-school but they don't play outside until about 9am. All neighbors are friendly. Some play basketball in the parking lot behind the building.

Comes with one uncovered parking spot off-street, fast internet, and a W/D in unit. Huge kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils. First floor apartment stays pretty cool, but there is a window AC unit in the living room and a portable AC unit available to hook up in the bedroom when it gets super hot.

$2400 for the month + $100 cleaning fee + $1000 security deposit = $3500

Possibility for longer term into August. Open house this weekend. Heading out of town for work. Need a clean, respectful tenant to water my plants and take in the mail.
