Bedroom area big enough to fit a king size bed, with dresser. Big windows offer lots of sunlight, faces West. Has a closet space.

I am not sure if pets are allowed, but a tenant in the building has one.
Depending on when we leave,new tenant may be able to move in before June 1st. We might leave/sell some furniture if interested. Approval of lease transfer is dependent on Eretz Group LLC.
