You would rent 2 rooms. A large (15'x12') sunny, off street, North Western facing bedroom in the rear of the apartment and a smaller room (15'x7') right next door. You don't share a wall with anyone. Sunsets and lovely breezes back there.
The apartment is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. Cross streets are Harman and Ricard st. Located a 13 min walk to the Forest M train, 18 min walk to the Dekalb L train. 1 block from the B38 and Q54. 1 block from Grover Cleveland park. Neighborhood is quite green and almost feels suburban. The rent is $1650. Utilities (Fios, Gas, Electric) range from $190-340 a month per person. Washer and dryer are in the house. Thermostat is in the apartment. Great EU style radiators. Nice bright fully furnished living room space with a skylight. Very spacious kitchen with a granite island. No upstairs neighbors.

I’m super clean, super respectful. I cook (30 min) breakfast on weekends and otherwise cook once or twice a week at most. I’m mostly either working at my job or working on music in headphones at home. Very peaceful vibe here. I buy nice candles and soap and flowers regularly. Nice lighting. Stuff like that. Only looking for a housemate that is down for ultra chill, mega clean, quiet, reciprocal kindness, respectful, rent on time, steady income, no drama type people. I’ve lived with too many man babies recently and I’m over that type of housemate that diminishes life rather than makes it better. Hope this doesn’t sound harsh. Just trying to be clear.
