I'm Jack, the current tenant of the apartment. I've lived in the bed stuy / crown heights area for most of the last 12 years and I'm helping management find a new tenant.

Rental requirements
You will apply for a new lease with the management company.
I will be showing the apt since I still live here. Flexible on days and times to see it since I work from home.
Move in requires first month + security. There may also be a small application fee which I believe is capped at $20.
Paperwork Required Per Applicant/Guarantor:
1. Photo ID
2. Most recent tax returns, W2, or 1099
3. Three most recent pay stubs (if you have started a new job, please include an Offer Letter stating salary)
4. Past three months of bank statements (checking and savings)
5. If applicable: Any assets (investments, etc.) that show income generated
6. Proof of past rent payments* and/or landlord reference
