Your space is like an alcove studio, with a larger outer room and a smaller interior one that can be used as a sleeping area (fits a queen or full-size bed), office, or big walk-in closet. It is a very peaceful space, with 2 big windows overlooking backyards. Roommate has essentially the same setup on the other side, with a separate entrance. It is a beautiful apartment with many built-in features and storage space, a galley kitchen, and an additional small common space that can be used as an office or dining area (TBD). You would be subletting from me but paying rent directly to landlord, with the option to sign a lease when the lease renews in May 2026. Room comes unfurnished, and there is plenty of space for additional cookware and furniture.

First month's rent and security required upon move in. Heat and hot water are included. You pay for electric and internet (Fios, subsidized by landlord for $20/mo pp).

Closest laundromat is located across the street. 4 min walk to Seneca M stop and 10 min walk to Myrtle-Wyckoff LM. Easy access to B13, B52, B38 buses.
