I’ve lived in the apartment 8 years—it’s home. Currently redecorating with new furniture. I’m tidy (but chill), and I clean regularly or have a cleaner come by.

No pets (well....send dog pic and we'll see....🙈)
No smoking/vaping/weed indoors (prefer non-smokers)
