Furnished room with desk, full closet, full size bed, lamp and mirror available. Private and separate bathroom across the hall, full size bath. Common areas are kitchen, living room, and balcony. Walk up 3rd floor apartment, central AC throughout apartment, vents in bathroom and kitchen areas. Great ventilation and airflow when the windows are open throughout the apartment.

Looking for a relaxed, respectful, clean, considerate, communicative individual to live short term but extensions are always a possibility if interested. Looking for someone to commit to most of the months, or the majority of the summer months. If not, we can always work something out if it works well for all of us.

I do my due diligence to keep this space pest free, looking for someone that cleans up after themselves and is intentional. This apartment is quiet and quaint, with hardwood floors, and humble aesthetic. Plants are in the living room, TV, large desk for those that work from home.

No laundry or dishwasher on site.

No smoking allowed inside the apartment.

Laundromat next door to building, another drop off laundromat a block and a half away, 3 grocery stores within walking distance, coffee shops/cafes in the neighborhood. Neighborhood is busy during the day and calms down by 9pm.

Off the J train which run express during AM + PM rush hour. 15-20 min walk to A, C, L trains. Citi bike is around the corner. 25-25 min walk to Bedstuy and Ridgewood QNS.

I'm a private/consulting chef. My schedule is sporadic dependent on fiscal quarters, seasons, and / or holidays. She/ Her.

Sometimes I'm home a lot and sometimes I'm never home. My work is extremely seasonal, and when I'm not working or don't have to be in the NY, then I will visit family members.

I don't have too many visitors as I don't bring the party home with me, out of town visitors are minimal.

I'm a quiet individual that will leave you be and respect your personal space.
