-It's 4 bedrooms + two extra rooms--one we are using as a guest bedroom and the other is being used as an art studio by one of the roommates
-Rent is 1225 + Utilities (~$100) (this may go up a bit at the lease renewal but likely not by much)
-Two floors
-Two full bathrooms
-High ceilings
-Washer and Dryer in unit!!
-SOOO much natural light I mean seriously the living room window is a DREAM
-Little Balcony!
-If you have a car--parking isn't too bad (I have a car and always find a spot)
-Year long lease for the room. MUST sign a new lease and have credit check + income verified. Guarantors are accepted.
-6 minute walk to the Myrtle-Willoughby G stop
-Landlord keeps to himself, fixes things when needed
-Potentially open to one very well behaved pet

About the room:
-Medium size with lots of natural light. Great for plants! Has a closet as well. Street facing on the 2nd floor.

About us:

Coral: I'm a 31 year old Israeli American and work as a community manager at a tech education start up. Also teach after school classes a couple days a week for that same company. Love crafting and making silly things, thrifting, exploring new places, live music, and game nights.

Ryan: 28 y/o photographer. Work from home half the time--other half she's out photographing or boppin around. Pretty social so not home too often. Plays soccer and jams in a band with people in her free time.

Clova: She's a 26 y/o Jewelry maker. One of our spare rooms she uses as a studio and works from home. She is also out and about often and travels.
