Hello! We have a room available ideally for long-term rent (open to short) starting July 1st.

We live in a newly renovated, spacious 3 story townhouse on the border of Echo Park & Historic Philipinotown. We've been here for a few years and it's been a great spot to call home. The room is unfurnished & on the 3rd floor — it gets beautiful light in the afternoon & has its own full bath!

Amenities include: Laundry in-unit, central air, diswasher, parking, private roof deck

You would be living with two women in our mid/late 30s & a part-time dog (the b&w one in the photo;)) We are a choreographer/director and a wellness practitioner/musician. One of us works full-time, the other freelances & travels often for work. We are both in & out of the house and enjoy caring for the space, hosting gatherings occasionally, and contributing to creating a home that feels good for everyone :) We're looking for lovely people to share the space with whom this aligns!

There are a few coffee shops within walking distance and it's about a 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk to Sunset Blvd where you have access to everything Echo Park has to offer — restaurants, bars, grocery stores, shops, etc. 10 minute drive to the east and you are in Downtown LA!
