Hi! Our third roommate is moving in with his partner, so we are looking to fill his room.
Move in date can be anywhere between July 1 and Aug 1.
We're on the second and top floor of a small walk-up near Catalpa and Forest Aves. It just got renovated last year, so all the fixtures and appliances are nice and new. Our landlord is great and easy to reach. Our street is very quiet, and the neighborhood is super walkable and pleasant.
The bedroom is 9' by 12' -ish. It has a big south-facing window and two closets. The room is on the interior of the block.
The living room is really big and thoroughly-windowed. We keep the place pretty darn clean. The kitchen has tons of cabinet/counter space. We have a dishwasher.
No washer/dryer, but there's a laundromat at the end of the block.
We're pretty much covered on common area furniture, but the bedroom comes unfurnished.
Utilities are not included, but it's only wifi (Spectrum) and electric, which we split down the middle. No central air, so you'll probably want a window unit.
Technically, you would be subletting from us, but we are looking for a long-term roommate. Please only reach out if you can commit to a full year.

We are two 30ish year old guys--Greg and William. We live pretty social lives but also enjoy a home that provides peace and quiet. We like to have people over for small gatherings and every now and then will throw a birthday party or something, but generally it's quiet around here.
We're friendly, clean, and quiet, and are hoping for someone similar in those aspects :)
We both play music (guitar, bass, singing), but never really at high volume. Every now and then, we'll have people over for a practice or a jam. Neither of us does drugs, but we do drink socially.
I'm into rock climbing and cooking. Greg is into movies and camping. We both love music, going to shows, and hanging out with our (very welcoming!) friend group.
Schedule-wise, Greg works in film and goes on set for his job, so his hours are pretty variable. I work a remote 9-5 and go to an office two or three times a week. We prefer someone who works outside the home at least part of the week and who won't be coming home super late and loud on weeknights.
Current tenants, been here a year
Rent is $1200 and security deposit is $1400 (we split the whole apartment deposit three ways).
No pets, per the lease.
No sub-subletting.
