I have moved out of the space but I am helping my current roommate find the right person to move in. It is a very good deal as he spends most of his time traveling for work and is only in the apartment for a few days a month. The only caveat is that a lot of his things are still in the apartment but he is open to rearranging if needed. The entire bedroom you will have to yourself, the kitchen, living room and bathroom share his things. (He has his own very large one bedroom as well). He is an entrepreneur and consultant who travels the world for work. He is a creative individual who loves to cook and travel the world. He loves a clean, tidy space.
