- Large laundry room in the building
- Access to shared rooftop with views to Manhattan
- Large bedroom - fits queen bed, desk dresser, has a full closet. also has access to shared closet in the hallway.
- Utilities : 60-150$ based on the season.

What I’m looking for in a roommate
- Working professional in their late 20s to 30s
- Preferably has an in-person or hybrid work schedule
- Respects shared spaces and helps keep the home clean
- Pet-free and smoke-free (love animals, but the lease doesn’t allow them)
- Guests are welcome, but not looking for a third roommate in the form of a partner or friend
- Enjoys a relaxed, peaceful home — not into bringing the party back

About This Lister

I’m the tenant on the lease, and have lived in the apartment for the last three years. My current roommate is moving out to live with his partner.

I love the building, neighborhood, and community here. I’m an interior designer that works for an architecture firm in the city, in person about 3 days a week. I enjoy being active, trying different workout classes, neighborhood walks, yoga, cooking, and reading.

The common spaces are semi furnished, I’m in the process of re doing them and would love any contributions to make it an enjoyable space for both of us
