There is laundry in the basement, elevator building, dishwasher in unit.

Half a block from the b/c trains, and 1.5 blocks from 2/3 trains.

The building is wonderful with friendly neighbors and has several Columbia grad students each year.

I’m a 42-year-old woman who works from home during the day, doing a mix of consulting and personal training over Zoom. I also teach dance classes in Westchester a few evenings a week. I’ve lived in this apartment for 18 years and absolutely love it. I’m clean, easygoing, and respectful of shared space. Some nights you’ll find me having a glass of wine on the couch, and other nights I’m chilling in my room or office.

Would love to find someone laid back and must LOVE dogs! My dog is very friendly and is welcome on furniture and I also dog sit for friends (only nice well mannered dogs).
