The available room is 102 sq. ft. (second largest in the unit) and the only bedroom on the first floor, offering extra privacy. The space is bright, spacious, with a private bathroom, part of a unit with private backyard access, & with in-unit washer/dryer! The apartment unit spans two floors within a larger townhouse, connected by an internal staircase. The duplex layout provides plenty of shared space, and the neighborhood has a mix of quiet streets and nearby cafes, restaurants, and shops. Located close to the J/Z/M trains, as well as a bit of a walk to the L, it is convenient for commuting.
