This apartment is absolutely wonderful and has been my home for 6 years. I am staying in the apartment, but looking to sublet the other bedroom for the summer (potentially longer if its a good fit). The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment so there is a bit of privacy. Your room has 3 windows, is furnished, has an air conditioner, and TV.

The whole apartment is so sunny and sweet. It’s located in a great neighborhood on a beautiful block (it’s won Greenest Block in Brooklyn contest multiple times lol). So close to Prospect Park, and an easy subway ride to Manhattan or the beach (located near the 2/5/B/Q trains). Lots of cafes, bars, and restaurants around.

The dates I’ve listed are somewhat flexible so if you’re interested, just lmk and we can talk :-)
