One bedroom available in a bright and spacious 3 bedroom apartment on the border of Bed Stuy, Clinton Hill, and Crown Heights. Top floor of a 1899 brownstone, nice old building with character, living room has great evening light, lots of books and plants, and (slivers of an) empire state view.
Bedroom for rent is fully furnished with a full size bed, desk with a work from home set up, will have open wardrobe and shelf space.
Apartment is a two minute walk from the Franklin and Nostrand A/C stops, and a 10 minute walk to the Bedford Nostrand G. Great bars (Doris, Dynaco) and cafes (Calaca, Playground), as well as easy access to Herbert von King, Fort Greene, and Prospect parks.
About This Lister
3 roommates in their late 20's, a PhD student, Licensed Therapist working in Manhattan, and one (me) who travels for work, looking to have someone stay while I am away. Roommate has a cat, sweet and low key.
I have sublet several times through Listings Project before, both as a renter and my own space. I am looking for someone I can trust with my space and will be respectful of my roommates.

Rental requirements
$500 per week including utilities, Wi-Fi, etc. Possibility of prorating depending on move in/out dates. Small $200 security deposit to be returned on leaving. Initial meeting via video chat or in person.
Note: Available for a discounted monthly rate for the full duration /and/ possibility for extension if it’s a good fit. Feel free to inquire about flexible dates.
