I am subletting the guest bedroom within my two-bedroom apartment in South Williamsburg. The sun filled room is minimally furnished (by design) and has a good-sized closet inside of the guest bedroom. The apartment has a shared bathroom with a clawfoot tub and a window, which is located off the kitchen. The apartment is a 4th floor walk-up and receives incredible light.
 
The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment, allowing for personal space. The apartment has many plants, and the overall design is clean, calm, and minimal. I’ve taken a lot of time finding and collecting everything in my apartment and it’s taken me years to create a tranquil space.
 
Respect for the gentle home vibe is of importance to me. I’m very clean, organized, and run a tight ship. Kitchen is clean, bathroom is clean, and shared space is clean.
 
What I am looking for:
 
Looking for someone who likes a tranquil space when in Brooklyn and staying at the apartment. Preference is too welcome subletters who are in NYC temporarily for work, and to keep the flow and energy moving within the apartment. I’m NOT looking for a full time subletter, 7 days per week, working from home, or a live-in pet.

In the past, residences from Los Angeles, Miami, Arizona, Upstate New York have used the apartment as touchstone when in the city for meetings, photoshoots, or projects in the city.
 
There is flexibility on the occupancy dates, with an ideal rental time starting middle of May or beginning of June.
 

About This Lister

I am very quiet and considerate possibly to a fault. I am up early most days to go to the gym and/or yoga and work most weekday afternoons/evenings including Saturdays. I can be a homebody, but I am also very social outside of the apartment and can be found out and about in the city with friends. 
 
I may occasionally have a friend over for dinner, a glass of wine or possibly a basketball game. I don't bring people home and keep most of my socializing outside of the house.

I do my best not to leave a mess or clutter around and never leave a dish the sink. I take care of most of the common goods (cleaning supplies/paper goods) and take care of all the cleaning of the common spaces. You are welcome to contribute but I’m pretty good about taking care of things.
 
I have Celiac, so I do prefer minimal use of kitchen as it is gluten free :)
