Private, approx. 10’ x 15’
Two windows and a closet
Fits a full/queen bed, dresser, and desk comfortably - it’s on the third floor, facing back of the house, so very quiet, treehouse vibe.

Unfurnished, as are the common spaces — bring your stuff and make it home!

The Apartment:

2 floors, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms
Laundry in unit
Entire apartment (except my bedroom) will be unfurnished — opportunity to furnish shared spaces if you’d like (but not required, I will furnish)
Rent is $2200/month + shared utilities (~$200/month per person)

No pets, no smoking, no couples - female preferred

I’m a professor by day, law student by night — generally in the city two days a week, the rest is WFH. I’m tidy, quiet, and friendly, but I mostly keep to myself. Ideal roommate is clean, self-contained, and appreciates a calm, respectful home. Happy to chat in the kitchen, but no pressure — this is a low-drama zone.
