I'm looking for a lease takeover of my room in a 3 bed/1 bath apartment in a great location in Bed-Stuy. A 5 minute walk to the A/C and close to some really great cafes and restaurants. You'd be sharing with two great women in their 30s and a very cute, energetic dog.

If interested, please share a little bit about you. There's an option to move in before July 1 (up to June 15). Also have some furniture and AC unit I'm happy so leave at no extra cost.

Utilities not included, are around $50 per month. Laundry close by.
