I am moving to CA in the end of June, and there are two months left on the lease. You can renew with the landlord if you'd like.

About the apartment:
- 3rd floor walk up.
- It's a short walk to the G train. I work in Manhattan and it takes about 30 minutes door to door to get off at 1st ave.
- I also walk to downtown BK from the apartment a lot.
- It's a huge apartment for NYC standard. We (my roommate and I) often host 12 -15 people dinner in the apartment.
- There are 3 bedroom but my roommate and we use the 3rd br as storage. There are two full bathrooms, but one shower is bigger than the other one, so we both use the bigger shower.

- You will be the only person in the apartment for the 2 weeks in July, as well as 2 weeks in August. The living room is fully furnished. Caroline will start moving living room furniture out in late-August.
- Laundry: in the basement of the building across the street.

About the bedroom:
- Big enough that you don't have to move the bed when you do yoga and/or jumping jacks.
- I can leave the bed and mattress in the bedroom if you'd like, but you will have to get rid of it when you move out.
- There is an AC unit can be installed if you would like. I am not a huge AC person, so when it gets hot I turn on the AC in the living room and sleep with my door open.

About This Lister

You will be living with my roommate Caroline. She is a good friend of mine. You probably won't see her much because she is always out and about doing things.

She is very tidy and very reasonable.
