There is a large dining/living room space. A truly enormous, beautiful kitchen with updated appliances. It is a queen size bedroom with room for a desk and a dresser. I can leave my Charles P. Rogers bed frame if you want it, will offer a good price. The rest of the apartment will come mostly furnished with a partially stocked kitchen.

Amenities include a grassy yard, washer/dryer in basement, dishwasher, and water is included in the rent price.

The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The house is in walking distance to all the coffee shops and restaurants off of Cortelyou road. It's off of the Avenue H Q stop and 10 mins to Newkirk B/Q. The F is a 20 min walk away if you need it. It takes 10 mins to get to Prospect Park. Brighton Beach is 20 mins away. Ditmas is super bikeable and has easy street parking if you have a car.

There are two roommates who are friendly and clean. Friends over occasionally is good but not looking for someone who is bringing the party home a lot. Both roommates have hybrid jobs, so would be best if you were hybrid or had an in-office job, but this is flexible.
