room is in a 2 bedroom apartment in silver lake, 8 minute walk down to sunset and right next to a park. roommate is 30 y/o man, very chill, works in industry. we share a parking spot and there is lots of street parking available. building has coin laundry, AC in living room, room has fans and sliding door to balcony. fully furnished living room with tv, kitchen with appliances, etc.

i'm becca she/her - i've lived in this apartment for 4 years and absolutely love it, but i'll be out of the country this summer. the space is shared with my roommate zach, 30y/o he/him who works in the industry. he's extremely chill, easygoing, and respectful. doesn't cook or use common space too much - you'll each do your own thing!
