The apartment is a sun-drenched, three-bedroom, two-bathroom space with massive common space. Dishwasher and in-unit laundry machines are included.

In a central neighbourhood, the house is minutes away from the Kingston-Throop or Nostrand A/C trains, surrounded by great cafes, restaurants, and bars, and is also close to Herbert Von King park.

Sublet is for the entire month, with some flexibility around move-in and move-out dates.

I am a PhD student. We are an anti-racist, POC and Queer-friendly household working in academia. We ask that anyone coming to stay be respectful of each other and of our space -- clean, quiet, and communicative about any issues that might arise.
