Hello! My name's Isabel, and I'm trying to find someone to sublet my room from June-August (the lease is up September 1st).
The cost is $1100, and utilities are included in this cost.
This is a 4-bed/2-bath apartment with one bedroom available. The shared living space/kitchen is furnished with a breakfast bar type table and stools, plus two comfy chairs. The pots & pans/toaster/rice cooker are free use (as long as you clean up after yourself and don't leave other peoples things dirty). If you have your own cookware there is room to store it in the cupboards. There will also be cupboard space for food.
The bedroom will be furnished (bed, bedding, mattress, desk, chair, 6-cube shelf, laundry bag).
There is also dinnerware in the cupboards.
The other roommates are friendly, respectful, and chill. All work outside the apartment. They don't have parties or come home super late making noise. Generally, they don't have guests over (but you're welcome to!)
Utilities are included in the rent cost.

Hey! I'm Isabel, or Belle (she/her). I currently go to Pace University for Acting, and I'll be starting my senior year in the fall.
My roommates are all friendly, chill, and two of them don't use the communal space/keep to themselves more. Tabby uses the kitchen more often, and is a very open, interested, and funny person who loves meeting others.
None of the roommates are loud or have people over, and the neighborhood is calm/quiet. It's a nice place to unwind.
I'm looking for someone easygoing who would fit into the space well! Introvert, extrovert, someone who cooks, someone who doesn't-- anything really! The space is not strict.
I am moving out and subleasing the room
There is no deposit needed for this sublet. I expect that rent is paid on time. Rent will be paid to me directly.
I may request to know the yearly income of the renter to ensure payment ability.
