My partner and I are looking to find a summer subletter for our lofted 2bed/2bath in super walkable, accessible Echo Park. We’ll be in and out of town sporadically throughout the summer and have an extra bedroom that is modestly furnished and a private bathroom for someone to rent out from July to September, dates flexible.

About This Lister

I am living here with my partner, we are both LA natives. I work from home and my partner works outside of the home. We love to cook so the kitchen is set up for that but if that's not your jam there are so many awesome restaurants we can recommend to you in the neighborhood. We are generally home bodies and love our nights in but our summer calendar is pretty booked so we will find ourselves outside more often. We will be in and out of town this summer so hoping to just find a clean and respectful housemate to share the space with this summer.

We live in the apartment with our tiny cat, Aria. We will be residing in the room upstairs during your stay and we have our own bathroom upstairs. We also have 3 air purifiers in the space because of how large it is. We have a good amount of plants and are very clean and tidy and like to keep our space that way.
