* Utilities: $18/person for Wifi. ConEd abut $60-$95/person depending on the season.
This is a room in a 5bed/5ba apartment. The other roommates are women in their late 20s/early 30s with full time jobs. very nice chill vibes, we’re a low energy household haha. I’ve been living in this apt for 4+ years, and I’m only leaving because I’m moving in with my BF :) This is a lease takeover (August 1-September 30). You will have an option to renew for another year with other roommates after September 30, I believe all of them are planning on renewing. The room will be unfurnished. We’re looking for female roommates only!

You would have to apply to get approved by the landlord and officially get on the lease. Just subletting from me is not an option. They require recent paystubs (as proof of income) as well as a copy of photo ID. General requirements are decent credit and a monthly income of at least 3 X the rent. Guarantors are OK!
