Room with the entire ground floor and Private Bathroom. The room also has a private entrance.

The apartment is a duplex shared with a chef and I as well as my dog. The apartment has access to a shared backyard with our neighbors, laundry within the building, roof access. I've lived here for 10 years- the landlord is great, the neighborhood is quaint and we're two blocks from the train. It's quiet without being too far from anything!
