I’m looking for someone to move into a bedroom with a big window and private en suite bathroom in Crown Heights starting June 1. It is a 2 bed 2 bath apartment on the first floor of a brownstone (up outdoor front steps but no indoor stairs). The apartment is overall furnished minus the bedroom, but I’m happy to make room for decor and furniture. There is laundry and room for storage in the basement that is shared with other tenants. The neighborhood is wonderful. We live less than a 10 min walk from the Nostrand AC stop (which is express!) and less than a 5 min walk from the LIRR. It’s a quiet neighborhood with great parking options.

I have a big fluffy Samoyed dog who loves people and attention. She’s overall very quiet and lazy minus some barking when there’s a knock on the door. I’m a queer woman who works from home except for one or two days during the week when I go into an office. I’m fairly quiet and keep the place very clean. I’m looking for someone who is also relatively quiet, but enjoys chatting. We’ve lived here for two years and hope to stay at least for one more.

I’m a queer woman who uses she/her pronouns. I am a designer and I do pottery at a studio on the weekends. I am organized and like to keep the space very clean. My dog is extremely friendly and sweet. She loves people and will be excited to have a new person around. She does wander and may go in and out of your room.
