We’re looking for the perfect fit: a solo roommate, no pets, no smoking, no partners, quiet, clean and respectful. There is room for clothing and a computer but not much else. It’s a third floor walk up in a well-kept and quiet building. The rent is $2,200 a month plus a security deposit of $2200 to move in. References required. All utiities and WIFI are included.
