Hi! I’m Anthony—an interior designer, real estate broker, and photographer based in Hudson, NY. I’m 38, grounded, and drawn to spaces with character, soul, and great light.

As my work increasingly brings me to NYC, I’m looking for a beautiful, quiet place to stay part-time—ideally a second home, guest suite, or underused room. I’m flexible on location and open to unique arrangements. Onsite or convenient parking is a big bonus.

I’m open to ideas and happy to offer styling, interior design consultation, or photography services while using the space. I can also offer access to my curated Airbnb in Hudson, NY, as part of a potential home swap.
