This apartment has been my home for almost 4 years! It is an amazing area, and a short distance from the Grand & Graham L train station. Grocery stores, coffee shops, parks, are all at walking distance of my place, and a laundromat is conveniently around the corner.
My apartment has a calm vibe, I like to nurture friendly, open and sincere communication in the household and would like to find someone who would appreciate that energy. I am regular with cleaning common spaces, such as the bathroom, kitchen, hallway and living room.
The room available is medium sized and can fit a full/queen size bed, dresser, small desk, has a standard size closet, door lock and a window.
It comes partially furnished with, bed frame, mattress, bedside table, and lamp.

Female (She/Her). Mid 30's. Artist & Care Worker. As a roommate, I would say I’m pretty relaxed. I like to feel comfortable at home, and I try to extend that feeling to whomever I’m living with. I’m also a big extroverted introvert. I like to share stories, ideas, new music etc. (I probably will talk your ear off at some point), but I equally love time by myself. I’m a direct communicator, I don’t expect anyone to read my mind. And I’m just generally pretty generous, both energetically and materially.

I'm looking for someone who is comfortable signing an informal month to month sublease agreement upon committing to the apartment and (ideally) foresees themselves staying for several months. You would be paying 1st month (prorated as it is after the 1st ) + security deposit $1245 to move in. After June rent would return to $1395.
I kindly ask for proof of income, references, some form of social media account.
Bills are split in half (electricity, gas and WiFi), water and heat are included. They vary depending on the season, but I would say roughly it sums up to $110-120 for each person monthly.
