About This Lister

We are a family of 3 who own and currently live in the unit above. Professionally, we work in video production and post production. Our kiddo is in school full-time.

We were long time BedStuy residents (25+ years) and looking for tenants who are happy and respectful not only to our home but to the neighborhood.

We have a great rapport with our close neighbors and would like to continue having those wonderful relationships.

We are part of a lovely neighborhood community so we'd like tenants who will be respectful of their environment and our home. No smoking or illegal drug use in and around on the property.

Application forms will need to be filled out including credit report.

We will ask for 1st month's rent and 1 month's security deposit.

Pets Policy

Pets allowed on a case by case basis. Please not this neighborhood is surrounded by feral cats, two of which "protect" the outside of our home (but are not allowed inside the premises).
